(1) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this paragraph, the Government of Nepal may, by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette, assign jurisdiction to any High Court to act as a Labor Court.
(2) The High Court designated as per Sub-section (1) may exercise all the powers exercised by the Labor Court in accordance with this paragraph while processing and disposing of the case.
